Terms and Conditions
01. General Terms
- I have the right to reject an order
- Please be polite and understanding!
- You must keep your communication with me ACTIVE.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that you are satisfied with the artwork by asking for changes during its process.
- You must be over 18 to commission nudity or NSFW content. (No minors; no "17, but turning 18 soon") I am not responsible for any breach of this rule.
02. Payment
- Payment via PAYPAL only through an invoice that will let you pay in two payments (50/50).
- Currency is automatically converted into EUROS
- You must pay the first half before I start any work
- You may pay the second half once you are happy with the lineart
- Do NOT send any payment before your request is approved
- NO REFUNDS unless there is an issue on my part.
03. Revisions and process time
- The time it takes to finish a work may vary from 1-3 weeks depending on factors such as complexity of the piece, other work, and other clients. Updates will always be available to you.
04. Copyright and usage
THE ARTIST (ME)
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time (impoliteness, inability to complete request etc)
- I retain copyright over the artwork.
- I do NOT claim the intellectual property of the piece.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in portfolios, and in art books, unless you ask me not to.
THE CLIENT (YOU)
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on social media/any website
- You have the right to ask me to not share your commission with others (online, portfolios etc)
- You retain the rights to intellectual property
- You may print the piece for YOURSELF only (at home or via Print on Demand services)
- You may NOT profit from the piece in any way. Personal Use Only. (Re-selling, redistribution, commercial purposes etc are BANNED)
- You may NOT remove the watermark, or edit/trace the artwork.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
- Reproducing / using the artwork commercially (making money from the artwork)
- Claiming it as your own or making it unclear that I am the artist
- Redistributing it to others
- Altering / tracing the artwork without my consent
